Simple steps*:
- 1. Download the ‘HP PAY’ app available on ‘Google Play’ or ‘App Store’
- 2. New user – ‘Register’, Existing user – ‘Login’ and validate OTP
- 3. Select ‘Map/Update FASTag number’ and fill details*

Reach the HPCL/IOCL fuel outlet and follow the steps:

| Open ‘HP PAY’ app | Inform fuel operator to make payment using FASTag |
| Scan the QR code provided by the fuel operator | Fuel operator will scan vehicle number in POS machine |
| Choose ‘Product’ and select ‘Submit’ | Receive OTP on registered mobile number |
| Enter the ‘Amount’ and select ‘Pay Now’ through FASTag | Input the OTP in POS machine |
| Enter the transaction OTP and confirm for a successful payment | Payment successful and amount deducted from FASTag account |
* FASTag details has to be mapped/updated only once, when logging in for the first time
