Steps to Upload Registration Certificate:

FASTag Customer Portal

Step 1: Login to FASTag customer portal. To login Click Here

Step 2: Select 'View Tag Account Summary' at the bottom of Home Page

Step 3: Select 'Vehicles' → 'Manage Vehicle'

Step 4: Select 'Upload' and enter Vehicle Number

Step 5: Attach 'Registration Certificate' and click on 'Upload'

Step 6: Login to upload Registration Certificate

WhatsApp Banking

Step 1: Save ICICI Bank's Official WhatsApp Number +91 86400 86400 in your contacts

Step 2: Open your WhatsApp application with your FASTag registered mobile number

Step 3: Send 'Hi' on +91 86400 86400 and begin WhatsApp Banking!

Step 4: Select 'FASTag Services' in 'All Services' section

Step 5: Select 'Update Vehicle Details' in 'FASTag Services' section

Step 6: Click on the link received as response and enter the OTP received on FASTag registered mobile number

Step 7: Fill all the necessary details and attach 'Registration Certificate' and click on 'Update'

Steps to update Vehicle Registration Number:

Step 1: Login to FASTag customer portal. Click Here to login

Step 2: Select 'View Tag Account Summary' at the bottom of Home Page

Step 3: Select 'Vehicles' → 'Manage Vehicle'

Step 4: Select 'Edit' and update Vehicle Number

Step 5: Attach 'Registration Certificate' and click on 'Submit'

Step 6: Vehicle Number will be successfully updated within 3 working days
