The partnership between ICICI Bank Ltd. and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. will end on January 31, 2024.

Please find below the important information related to your existing ICICI Bank Unifare Credit/Debit Card.

• All the services associated with the recharge of your card like the auto top-up facility on your ICICI Bank Unifare Credit/Debit Card, will be disabled post November 30, 2023
• We request you to utilise the existing balance on your ICICI Bank Unifare Credit/Debit Card by travelling on the DMRC metro network before January 31, 2024. Thereafter, no refund will be provided by ICICI Bank or DMRC
• In case you have provided any standing instructions on your ICICI Bank Unifare Credit /Debit Card, please get the same modified to alternative mode of payment
• The existing ICICI Bank Unifare Credit/Debit Card will be blocked by January 31, 2024 or the Card expiry date whichever is earlier, following which, all the existing features and benefits on your ICICI Bank Unifare Credit/Debit Card will be discontinued.
• Reward points earned and accumulated on the ICICI Bank Unifare Credit/Debit Card will remain available to you in your rewards account.
• Any outstanding amount on your ICICI Bank Unifare Credit Card will be transferred to your new ICICI Bank Coral RuPay Credit Card.
