All you need to ensure is that your mobile number is updated in the bank records. So, do away with the hassles of remembering multiple passwords and use OTP for your online purchases.
Steps to get OTP:
Here’s how you can transact online using the OTP with ICICI Bank Debit Card.
Go to online merchant website, select the products and then proceed to check-out page. Enter your registered ICICI Bank Debit Card number and submit.
Verify your mobile number displayed on authentication page and select “mobile number” option to receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
Note: In case the mobile number displayed on the screen does not match, then click on “My details do not match”. You need to visit the nearest branch and update your mobile number.
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click ‘Submit’ to complete the transaction.
