Once access to the new Internet Banking is given, customers can login using their existing User ID and Password and they will be automatically redirected to the new version.
Now, find all account related information at one place and easily access all service requests. All payments and transfer options are available within same menu.
The new version offers a customizable dashboard with drag & drop functionality. Users can setup homepage shortcuts for frequently used features. What's more, users can also manage their own profile through a new 'My Profile' section.
There is a clear and easily distinguished user experience for all customers with targeted features. For instance, privilege links for Privilege Banking customers and investment insights for Wealth Management customers.
Experience a secure and simplified process of transaction without a separate transaction password. All authentication parameters are present on the same page that further reduces the steps, making the transaction process quick and easy.
