      What is iShop?

      iShop is a platform that offers ICICI Bank customers a wide range of products and services like travel bookings, shopping vouchers and more. It provides exclusive offers, discounts and accelerated reward points to ICICI Bank customers.

      Who can use iShop?

      iShop is available exclusively for ICICI Bank customers. Customers can use ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Internet Banking to pay for purchases made on iShop.

      What services / products are offered on iShop?

      iShop currently offers services such as flight, hotel and bus bookings, along with shopping vouchers from various merchants. The platform partners with leading travel aggregators for providing an enhanced experience.

      Are there any membership requirements?

      No separate membership is required. You just need to be an ICICI Bank customer to access the iShop platform and make purchases on it.

      How do I register for iShop?

      You can visit iShop by logging into your Internet Banking account. Once logged in, simply click on the ‘iShop’ icon on the main page in the ‘Accounts’ section. First-time users need to register by providing basic details such as name and the mobile number & e-mail ID that are registered with ICICI Bank. This information is stored for re-visits on iShop and to send you purchase-related information. Please click here for detailed steps.

      Do I need to register every time I visit iShop?

      You have to register on iShop only on your first visit by providing your name and your mobile number & e-mail ID that are registered with ICICI Bank. The mobile number and e-mail ID will be validated through an OTP. After the OTP is validated, you are registered on iShop. Once registered, you won’t need to enter all the details again on subsequent visits. The platform will recognise your details for seamless access.

      Can I use iShop without registering?

      A one-time registration is mandatory for making purchases on iShop. Once registered, you won’t have to provide your details again for future visits.

      Do I need to log in every time I visit iShop?

      Yes, you do have to log in at https://icicibank.com/ishoplogin or through your Internet Banking account. Once logged into Internet Banking, you can access iShop by clicking on the ‘iShop’ icon in the ‘Accounts’ section on the main page.

      I have already logged into Internet Banking. Why do I have to enter my personal details again?

      iShop is a third-party platform on which you are registered post giving your consent on Internet Banking. The Bank does not share your personal details like name, e-mail ID, mobile number or address with the iShop platform. Hence, to carry out seamless travel bookings / product purchases, you must register on the platform with your name, e-mail ID and mobile number, so that the platform can keep you updated on your travel bookings / product purchases.
