What are the payment methods accepted on iShop?
Currently, iShop accepts payments made using ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Internet Banking.
Can I use non-ICICI Bank Cards/ Internet Banking for payment?
iShop is a platform exclusively for ICICI Bank customers. Hence, only ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Internet Banking can be used for making purchases on iShop.
Are there any charges / fees for transactions?
There are no extra charges / fees levied by ICICI Bank for carrying out transactions on iShop. However, the travel aggregators on iShop may charge a convenience fee or booking fee which is a regular practice on their own websites as well. This fee can be either refundable or non-refundable, depending on the respective travel aggregator. The detailed breakdown of such charges, taxes etc. will be visible as a part of your purchase summary.
What is the refund policy of iShop?
Refund policies depend on the product or service purchased. For travel bookings, refunds are subject to the terms set by the respective travel aggregator. Refunds are not applicable for shopping vouchers. Click here for more details.
Can I save my Card details on iShop?
Currently, iShop does not offer the option to save Card details for future transactions. You have to enter your Card details manually for every purchase. However, this feature is being considered in the planned updates to the platform.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In the event of a payment / transaction failure, please check if the amount has been deducted from your Credit Card, Debit Card or Savings Account. If the amount has been deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 working days. If the amount is not refunded after this period, please e-mail the iShop Customer Support team at ishopsupport@reward360.in with all the details.
If the payment fails without any amount being deducted, please retry the transaction. If the issue persists, please contact iShop Customer Support by sending an e-mail to ishopsupport@reward360.in for assistance.
In case of a payment failure, what happens to the points that I had redeemed?
In the event of a payment / transaction failure, the redeemed points are reversed and you will be able to see them against your Card in 30 minutes after the failed transaction. You will not be charged a redemption fee for the failed transaction.
Can I cancel the transaction / booking after successful payment?
Yes, you can cancel a transaction / booking after making the payment. However, the cancellation and refund process will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel aggregator, service provider or merchant. For example, travel bookings are governed by the policies of the travel aggregator, while shopping voucher purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. Please review the specific cancellation and refund policies before proceeding with your transaction.
What is Quick Checkout?
Quick Checkout (QCO) is a functionality that allows users to make faster payments on iShop. This is achieved by integration between the Bank and the iShop platform. Customers have to give consent for activating this feature, post which all recurring payments are authenticated by an OTP sent by ICICI Bank to the user.
What is the transaction limit for Quick Checkout?
Total transaction (amount) limit for one day is ₹ 2.5 crore and you can make maximum 10 transactions in a day.
How can I change my account registered for Quick Checkout?
You can change the account registered for Quick Checkout by following the steps below:
Log into Internet Banking > Go to ‘My Profile’ > Personal Details > Manage Quick Checkout.
The changes will be made in real-time.
Can I map / register with my Joint / Minor Account for Quick Checkout?
There is no restriction on registration; you can use Joint / Minor account to register for Quick Checkout.
Deals, Offers and Reward Points on iShop
How can I earn reward points on iShop?
You can earn accelerated reward points when making purchases using your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card. These points are awarded based on the type of transaction and the ongoing promotions at the time of purchase. You will earn reward points on the value of transaction carried out only through your ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card. The points will be awarded on the Card used for the transaction, which can / may be different from the Card that you select for point redemption. Please click here to see the current offers.
How can I redeem my points?
Reward points earned on iShop can be redeemed through ICICI Bank’s rewards programme. You can use them for future transactions on iShop or other available redemption options.
Can I combine multiple offers?
Offers and promotions on iShop cannot typically be combined unless specifically mentioned in the terms of the offer. Please review the offer details to see if combining offers is allowed for your purchase.
When will my reward points or cashback be credited and become available for use?
Typically, your ICICI Bank reward points / cashbacks are credited to your ICICI Bank Credit Card / Debit Card within 90 days of the transaction or from 45 days of the completion of travel / stay, whichever is later. However, in some cases, it might take longer, depending on the merchant or specific promotions. You will be able to view and redeem your reward points through the ICICI Bank rewards platform and on iShop once they are credited. Cashbacks are credited to your Card and can be seen in your statement.
How many reward points can I earn on iShop and is there any limit on the points that can be earned on iShop?
You can earn up to 6X reward points on flight bookings, upto 12X reward points on hotel bookings and up to 6X reward points on purchase of shopping vouchers. For example, a transaction made using an ICICI Bank Sapphiro Card on a regular e-commerce portal for a flight booking will earn you 2 reward points per ₹ 100. Orders on iShop
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail / SMS / WhatsApp message with the details of your purchase. You can also go to the ‘My Orders’ section on iShop to see the status of your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modification or cancellation depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Travel Bookings: You can modify or cancel flight or hotel bookings based on the terms and conditions set by the respective travel aggregator (Cleartrip, Yatra, MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip). Charges might apply for modifications or cancellations.
Shopping Vouchers: Shopping Vouchers or online vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation?
How do I place an order on iShop?
Follow these steps to place an order on iShop:
1. Browse through the available services and products

Are there any additional fees or hidden charges?
ICICI Bank does not charge its customers any additional fees for purchases made on iShop.
Can I use reward points or promo codes for flight bookings?
Yes, you can use reward points or promo codes at checkout. Please ensure the promo code is valid and applicable to your booking.
Is it possible to book now and pay later?
Some airlines and payment partners may offer a ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ option, subject to terms and conditions. Currently, this option is not enabled on iShop.
Will I receive an invoice for my flight booking?
Yes, an invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address once the booking is confirmed.
What payment methods are accepted on iShop?
iShop accepts ICICI Bank Credit Cards, ICICI Bank Debit Cards and ICICI Bank Internet Banking as payment options.
Delivery of Product/ Services
What is the estimated delivery time for products/services?
Travel Services: Confirmation for bookings is typically immediate, but in some rare cases it may take some time to get a confirmation from the travel aggregator / airline. Please wait for the duration specified in the e-mail sent to you in such a case.
Shopping Vouchers: Shopping Vouchers are usually delivered within a few minutes after purchase. If you do not receive the voucher, please check your spam folder or contact iShop Customer Support at ishopsupport@reward360.in.
Whom do I contact for service-related issues?
For issues related to travel / accommodation bookings, please contact the respective travel aggregator’s customer support team for quicker resolution. Are there any service charges for delivery?
Currently, iShop does not impose any additional service charges for the delivery of products or services. However, if any service fees are charged by travel aggregators for bookings, they will be specified during the transaction process.
How is the product / service delivered?
Travel Services: For flight and hotel bookings, confirmation and details will be sent via e-mail / SMS /WhatsApp. You can also access your booking information on the respective travel aggregator’s platform (MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Yatra, EaseMyTrip).
Shopping Vouchers: Shopping Vouchers are delivered electronically to the recipient’s e-mail address, which is provided during the purchase process. The e-mail will contain the voucher details and redemption instructions.
Flights Booking and Reservation
Can I book a multi-city trip on iShop?
Currently, multi-city trip booking is not available on iShop.
How can I make changes to my flight booking?
To make changes to your booking, you will have to reach out to the travel aggregator / airline directly.
What documents do I need for booking a flight?
For domestic flights, a government-issued ID is required. For international flights, you will need a valid passport. In some cases, a visa or additional documents might also be required, depending on the destination. Please check the specific requirements based on the country that you are travelling to.
Can I book flights for someone else on iShop?
Yes, you can book flights for other travellers by entering their details in the passenger information section during the booking process.
How can I check the status of my flight booking?
You can check the status of your booking in the ‘My Bookings’ section on iShop. You will also receive an e-mail from the travel aggregator and iShop customer support if there is any change in the status of your booking.
How do I search for flights on iShop?
You can search for flights by entering your departure and destination cities, travel dates and the number of passengers in the search bar on the homepage.
Flights Cancellation and Refunds
Will I get a full refund if I cancel my booking?
Refund policies depend on the airline’s rules and the type of fare booked. Non-refundable fares might not be eligible for a refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days, depending on the payment method used and the airline’s policy.
What happens if my flight is cancelled by the airline?
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you will be notified and you might be offered alternative flight options or a full refund, as per the airline’s policy.
How do I cancel my flight booking?
To cancel your booking, go to ‘My Bookings,’ select the flight and choose the ‘Cancel Booking’ option. Cancellation policies are governed by the travel aggregators and airlines; hence charges may apply.
Flights Check-in and Boarding
When should I arrive at the airport for my flight?
For domestic flights, arrive at least 2 hours before departure. For international flights, arrive at least 3 hours before departure. Please follow the instructions provided by the airlines for a smooth travel experience.
Can I select my seat during booking?
Seat selection options vary by airline. Among those airlines that do allow seat selection, some allow it free of cost, while others might charge a fee.
What should I do if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight, contact the airline directly or the travel aggregator through whom the booking was done. You can also reach out to iShop’s Customer Support team to explore your options. Missed flight options are subject to the airline’s policy.
How can I check in for my flight?
You can check in online through the airline’s website, via the link provided in your confirmation e-mail.
iCash
How do I earn iCash?
You earn iCash on every successful transaction carried out on iShop using ICICI Bank Internet Banking. The amount of iCash earned varies on the type of purchase and any ongoing offers at the time.
When will my iCash be credited?
iCash is credited to your account within 2 days after the date of travel or the delivery of the shopping voucher (if applicable). You can use the credited iCash for future purchases on iShop once it becomes available in your account.
When will redemption of iCash begin?
Redemption of iCash is expected to become available by Feb 01, 2025.
How can I use iCash?
iCash can be redeemed at checkout to avail discounts on iShop purchases. The amount of iCash redeemed will reduce your total payable amount. iCash can only be redeemed on iShop.
Is there a minimum or maximum iCash redemption limit?
Up to 80% of the order / cart value can be paid through available iCash and the balance amount needs to be paid using ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
Is there a fee for using iCash in transactions?
There is no fee for redemption of iCash.
Does iCash have an expiration date?
iCash typically has a validity period of 3 years including the date of credit, after which it expires if not used. The validity period will be communicated to you at the time of earning the iCash. What is iCash?
iCash is a reward currency that you earn when you make purchases on the iShop platform using ICICI Bank Internet Banking as the payment mode. iCash can be accumulated and used to get discounts on future transactions made on iShop.
