ICICI Bank Call to Pay facility lets you pay your utility bills, recharge any prepaid mobile, DTH connection through a simple phone call. To avail of this service, you need to have your:
Mobile number registered with ICICI Bank. Not registered yet? Click here to know how.
4-digit MPIN (This is required to approve payments over mobile banking). The MPIN can be generated over the same call made to pay your bill!
Once you have registered your mobile number and generated your MPIN, follow the simple steps against each of the service providers given below and make your payments over the call. The daily transaction limit is Rs. 5000.

Recharge any prepaid mobile phone from any of these operators mentioned below:
Aircel, Airtel, Reliance CDMA, Reliance GSM, MTNL, BSNL, Loop, Tata Indicom, Docomo, Uninor, Vodafone.
- After the welcome message, select your telecom operator
- Enter your mobile number to be recharged
- Enter the recharge amount
- IVR will play back name of telecom operator, mobile number and recharge amount
- Press 1 to confirm
- Press 3 to go to account based payments
- Press 1 to select ICICI Bank
- Enter your 4-digit MPIN to complete the transaction

- Press 1 to confirm if you are existing Tata Sky customer
- Press 1 and enter your 10 digit subscriber id, else press 2 to enter your registered mobile number
- Press 1 to confirm your subscriber id or mobile number entered above
- Enter the recharge amount
- Confirm your recharge amount
- Select ICICI direct debit as payment option
- Enter your 4-digit MPIN to complete your transaction
