Student Travel Insurance

Applicable for special assistance rendered to the insured by any person of the family or near relatives in the event of the insured being hospitalized beyond 5 days.

This covers hospitalization expenses due to illness or accidental injury sustained by the insured whilst on a trip during the period of insurance, and includes emergency outpatient and inpatient expenses, medical aid.

This covers actual expenses incurred in obtaining duplicate or fresh passport.

This covers the compensation for total loss of checked-in baggage based on the market value of the contents as less an amount representing wear and tear, usage, etc. at the time of loss.

Company shall pay the Insured Person the Tuition fee which has already been advanced to the educations institution on interruption in studies due to hospitalization of the insured for a consecutive period of more than 1 month. Also covers compensation for discontinuation of studies of the insured in case of death of immediate family member or sponsor.

This covers compensation in the unfortunate event of death or total/partial permanent disability of the insured while abroad.
