- 01. Log in to iMobile and click on ‘Services’
- 02. Select ‘Account Services’ and click on ‘Request for Family Banking’
- 03. Select ‘Family Type’ and confirm ‘Account Number’
- 04. Enter the family member’s details and confirm
- 05. Accept terms & conditions and submit request.
- 01. To start the Family Banking relationship, you need to submit the ‘Family ID Request Form’ with a signed consent of all family members at any ICICI Bank branch.

What are the minimum and maximum number of family members who can form a Family ID?
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 family members can form a Family ID for Family 360 Banking, Wealth Management and Private Banking families. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 family members can form a Family ID for a Salary Family.
What is the Threshold Relationship Value (TRV) required to be maintained by the family?

Categorisation of the Savings Family as Metro/Urban or Semi-Urban/Rural will be based on the Branch category where the Primary Customer ID of the Family ID has been opened.
Can two Savings Accounts be linked under a Family ID?
Yes, two Savings Account holders can form a Savings Account Family ID.
*TRV – Total Relationship Value. Bank considers TRV at the Family level across balances, loans & investments. Individual account balances and transactions are not visible to other family members, unless the ‘view & transact’ rights have been availed by the family.
