Get started with iMobile app

Download iMobile

Visit Google Play or App Store to download the iMobile app. Alternatively, SMS <iMobile> to <5676766> and get the download link. You can also visit http://mobile.icicibank.com/dl from your mobile browser.

Once the iMobile application is downloaded, follow these 3 simple steps and start using iMobile:

• Step 1: Verify your Mobile Number registered with ICICI Bank
• Step 2: Set a 4-digit MPIN of your choice. The MPIN will be required each time you log in to the iMobile application. We suggest that you choose a PIN different from your other PINs (ATM, Internet Banking etc.)
• Step 3: Complete the onetime authentication using either of the following:
  • Debit Card Grid Values
  • Internet Banking Login ID

You can also enable/disable the ‘Login using fingerprint’ option at the end of your activation journey. Each time you start the application, the app will ask you for the chosen login method (Fingerprint or MPIN). The app will ask for Grid Card authentication for all financial transactions.
