    PRIVATE YACHTS
    THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY OCEAN BLUE PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • The yachts are anchored off the coast of Mumbai.
  • The complimentary charter can be availed only during the boating season from November 2014 to March 2015. Additional blackout dates of October 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2014, December 24, 25, 30 and 31, 2014 and January 1, 2015 are applicable.
    • BOOKING PROCESS:
    The booking has to be placed at least 10 days prior to the desired date of sailing. Process is as follows:
  • Bookings have to be made through the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge on the toll-free number 1800 26 70732 or 022 6787 2017.
  • Once the requirement has been communicated, the Concierge will revert with availability within 24 hours.
  • Once the Card Member has reverted with his/her willingness to book, the Concierge will seek confirmation of additional services required such as catering, butler, etc.
  • The Concierge will revert with a quotation.
  • The Card Member will be required to make the complete payment for the additional services in advance.
  • Once the payment has been made, a confirmation letter will be sent by the Concierge. The Card Member will need to send a signed confirmation of letter back to the Concierge.
    • APPLICABLE CHARGES:
    The following charges will have to be borne by the Card Member:
  • ServicesCosts (in INR)
  • Speedboat Transfers: 1700 per trip
  • Sailing Permissions: 10,000
  • Permissions to carry alcohol on board (Optional): 20,000
  • Food & Beverages (Optional): As per requirement
  • Décor & Flowers (Optional): As per requirement
    • These charges may change, at the sole discretion of Ocean Blue Private Limited. Changes, if any, in the above, will be intimated to the Card Member at the time of confirming the request.
    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Once the booking has been confirmed, it will be treated as usage of the complimentary charter even on cancellation of the same. The additional charges, which include permission to carry Alcohol, Food & Beverages and Décor & Flowers will be deducted as following:

    The following rules must be observed during the charter:
  • The Card Member shall not be allowed to wear footwear on the yacht.
  • Smoking and consuming of drugs and/or any substance banned by law is strictly prohibited anywhere on or within the yacht.
  • Boarding the yacht will only be permitted after the Card Member has signed a disclaimer/waiver form and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  • The Card Member shall follow all directions from the crew regarding safety, emergencies, orderly behaviour, boarding, and de-boarding procedures.
  • The Card Member shall not tamper with the safety or life saving equipment or any other equipment on board the yacht.
  • The Card Member shall not litter, including throwing anything on the yacht or overboard.
  • Carrying of weapons is prohibited on board the yacht.
  • No live entertainment will be allowed on board without prior permission. Adult entertainment and gambling are strictly prohibited on board.
  • The Card Member shall not use open flame or engage in any actions that may be hazardous to others.
  • Consuming alcohol without a valid liquor permit obtained specifically for consumption of the same on the yacht is prohibited.
  • The Card Member and his/her guests will be held responsible for destruction, defacement, damage, or theft to/of any personal or any property aboard the yacht.
  • The Card Member shall remain in areas designated for guests and not enter any unauthorised area.
  • Yacht staff are the points of contact for any sort of assistance on the yacht.
  • While it is agreed that the Card Member/Card Member's guests may determine the general movements of the yacht within the Charter Course, it is understood that the Captain is in full command and that the Card Member/ Card Member's guests agree to abide by and will be bound by the judgement of the Captain as to sailing, weather conditions, anchorages and other pertinent matters.
  • No complimentary food and/or beverages will be served aboard the yacht.
  • No pets shall be taken on board the yacht.
  • Children (even babies in arms) will be treated as one individual towards the headcount of guests on board (as per maritime law).
  • The Card Member and his guests are required to wear life jackets while on board the yacht.
  • In case of emergency, the charterer and his guests are required to follow the directions and instructions of the Captain of the yacht.

    • Please note the following important points:
  • Number of charter guests for Azimut 39 is up to a maximum of 10 and Lagoon 560 is up to a maximum 25. If at the time of departure of the yacht, the number of charter guests are not within the prescribed limits, Ocean Blue will be entitled to cancel the charter and the additional costs will be forfeited. This will be considered as usage of the complimentary charter.
  • The Port of Boarding and Release will be at Jetty No. 5 at the Gateway of India, Mumbai unless otherwise specified.
  • The duration for each charter for the yachts shall be 5 hours for the Lagoon 560 and 4 hours for the Azimut 39 from morning to evening.
  • During the duration of the charter, the yachts shall be anchored at a location to be decided by the Captain of the yacht for 40 minutes per hour and shall be in actual motion for not more than 20 minutes per hour.
  • Every charter shall start only after 6.00 a.m. and shall end before 6.00 p.m.
  • The yachts shall sail within the charter area and upon the charter course, which will be decided by Ocean Blue.
  • The Cruising Speed for Azimut 39 will be 8 to 10 knots (under power) and for Lagoon 560 will be 6 to 8 knots (under power/sail). The yachts will operate at within their respective cruising speeds. The decision of the Captain as to the speed of the yacht will be final and binding.
  • The yachts will not be used to transport any illicit, illegal and/or banned merchandise and/or substance, conduct any activity which is illegal, immoral and/or a source of nuisance/annoyance to any other person aboard the yachts and/or carry any passengers for pay, or engage in any trade, nor in any way violate any applicable laws.
    • ICICI Bank does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the availability, delivery, quality, merchantability, usefulness or suitability of offer and/or products/services under this offer and the respective merchants/partners/third parties shall be solely liable for the same. ICICI Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the details, accuracy, completeness or correct sequence of any content or information provided herein above.
