    THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY CLUB ONE AIR PRIVATE LIMITED.
    BOOKING PROCCESS:
    The booking has to be placed at least 2 days prior to the flight data. In case of an emergency, booking made 2 hours prior may also be considered at the sole discretion of Club One Air Private Limited.
    The booking process is as follows:
  • Bookings have to made through the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge on the toll-free number 1800 26 70732 or 022 6787 2017.
  • Once the requirements have been communicated, the Concierge will revert with availability and a quotation within 4 hours.
  • Once the Card Member has reverted with his/her willingness to book, the Concierge will send him/her a Letter of Authorisation. This letter allows Club One Air to facilitate payment. The Card Member will have to send the scanned copy of the signed confirmation back to the Concierge.
  • In order to make payment, the Concierge will facilitate a call with Club One Air Private Limited. The complete payment has to be made in advance.
  • Once the payment is made, a letter confirming the booking will be sent to the Card Member.
  • APPLICABLE CHARGES:
    The following charges will be applicable:
    Flying charges (per hour) - Includes parking to parking charges of the jet. The jets are currently stationed in Delhi and Mumbai. This includes the flying charges of the jet from Delhi/Mumbai to the boarding point and from the destination point/s, back to Delhi/Mumbai as applicable.
  • Landing charges - Levied subject to the destination airport..
  • Handling charges - Levied for services on the airport such as luggage handling, cart from jet to airport and others.
  • Watch hour charges - Applicable when jet is parked at an airport beyond the airport's working hours.
  • Crew charges - Crew boarding and lodging charges will be ₹30,000 after 3 hours halt and ₹50,000 in case of night halt.
  • Special requirements of F&B - Pertains to any special meal and/or alcohol requirement, in case of international flights.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Cancellation request has to be placed with the ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge. The cancellation policy is as follows:
    Hours before estimated time of departure Deduction
    6 100%
    12 to 6 50%
    24 to 12 25%
    More than 24 hrs 10%
    CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • A minimum of 2 hours of flying time will be charged per day.
  • The quotation shared will be valid for 7days.
  • Until payment has been made, the booking will be treated as unconfirmed booking.
  • Club One Air will not revise the price after receiving 100% advance payment
  • The flight may be cancelled in case aircraft is deemed not to be airworthy.
  • The Card Member will need to bear the cost of the additional sector/s and hours flown along with the crew accommodation and lodging, in case the flight has to be diverted to some other sector/s due to following reasons:

  • Bad weather
  • Technical reasons
  • Non-availability of parking space
  • Refuelling at the destination airport
  • Non-availability of the night parking facilities at the destination airport
  • Maximum baggage allowed is 10 kg per passenger.
  • Every flight will be operated as per the guidelines provided by DGCA India.

CRJ Execliner

A top-of the line business jet, the CRJ Execliner is a 50-seater customized to seat 17 passengers with plush interiors, leather seats, sofas and a customized entertainment center.
